lovers electric – honey (sam la more remix)

sam la more is not only on the top of my radar, but has been dropping all these new remixes that i was not fully aware of. former member of tonite only, whom we’ve always been a fan of here at icp, sam dropped a remix of lovers electric. they are a pop duo from australia just like sam. honestly, the production is not only a sweet sip of tea but it does a great job complimenting the beautiful taste of eden boucher’s vocals.

this song gets you hypnotized and will have you playing it over and over. i have to say, australia knows how to work it. eight splendas!

sneaky sound system – pictures (tonite only remix)

oldie but goodie! this one kills mr gaspar & lazrtag’s take of this track. tonite only has been rumored to be getting back together. back in the day, i posted a dada life remix of their track “where the party’s at.” i heard from an exclusive source that it is not true & it is simply for a remix collaboration opportunity to make some sweet moolah. sad huh? i loved these guys.

7 splendas for this sexy track.

tonite only – where’s the party at (dada life remix)

now broken up group ‘tonite only’ released several hits in the club scene including where’s the party at and danger the bomb. sam la more, half of the duo, has worked with nelly furtado, ladytron, black eyed peas, and even gwen stefani. the other member, simon lewicki is currently starting another great project called jump jump dance dance. their style goes back to old school 80’s electro clash mixed with a lot of synth bass rhythms and great structure in their tracks. there’s a great flow and balance. this remix by the mysterious duo dada life blends a great amount of melodious synth pop with an electro dance group, creating one great mash production. seven splendas.
